Flails for peasant, inspired by what I've find about medieval flails.
I hope thoses are a good re-enactment work.

I will use them for my work on Warcraft, and Warhammer.

Wood ( I'm not sure of the differens kind of trees can't reccal =s ), leather, teinted with nuts, as I've done on the wood + linen oil.

You mean freaking nunchuks! :D

Which is basically the same thing except SE Asian flails were used for beating rice/soy bean instead of wheat.

Granted the weren't intended as weapons, I can just imagine how much it would hurt to hit yourself in the face accidentally. Ouch.

This is a tool, not a weapon, but it can be used as a weapon, if you really nead too.
That is why it's not done in the aim of hurt an oponent, because it's for wheat. =)

Yes, because.. this is part of the process for make bread ;)
And cereal are especially important in Warcraft 3 human campaign!
So, I work on the world itself, for make it real, you have to think about more things as possible =)
